If your message is about an existing order, please include your order number and any relevant details (your setup, the disc, or the MakeMKV readout) so we can help faster. We support everyone from first-time users backing up a few films through to enthusiasts building large Plex or NAS libraries.
Custom & pre-sales requests
Want a drive that isn't listed, or advice before you buy? Get in touch — we'll do our best to source and accommodate custom drive requests where viable, and we're glad to give pre-sales guidance.
Response times
We aim to reply as quickly as we can, including evenings and weekends where possible. We're a very small operation, so please allow a little time — every drive is also professionally tested before dispatch, which we'd rather not rush.
