Shipping policy

We ship to 230+ countries and territories, tracked and insured. You choose your destination at checkout and the exact shipping cost is calculated before you pay — no surprises.
How your order ships
- United Kingdom — tracked via Yodel, typically 1–3 business days.
- United States — tracked & insured air via Royal Mail International, Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP). The price includes US duties, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
- Everywhere else — tracked & insured air via Royal Mail International Tracked.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days; during busy periods this can be a little longer (see the banner at the top of the site). You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Customs, duties & taxes
For UK orders, the price at checkout is final. For US orders we use Royal Mail PDDP, so duties are prepaid and there's nothing to pay at the door. For other international orders (including the EU), your parcel may be subject to local import duties, VAT or a handling fee set by your country's customs authority — these are the buyer's responsibility. We complete all customs paperwork accurately and dispatch promptly, but we don't control or collect those local charges. If you're unsure, check with your local customs office before ordering.
Lost or damaged parcels
All shipments are tracked and insured, so a lost or damaged-in-transit parcel is replaced. Just get in touch with your order number.
